
On 14 April, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis and the Minister of National Defence Arvydas Anušauskas took part in an extraordinary online meeting of NATO Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Allied Defence Ministers, which focused on the security situation in Afghanistan and a gradual completion of the NATO-led mission Resolute Support Mission in this country.
On 13 April, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis had a telephone conversation with NATO's Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and discussed Russia’s provocative actions - the military build-up near Ukraine's eastern border and in the illegally occupied Crimea.
On 23-24 March in Brussels, Belgium, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis took part in a meeting of NATO Ministers of Foreign Affairs, which discussed the adaptation of the Alliance, response to Russia's destabilising actions, the situation in Afghanistan and the security situation in the region.

On 24 February, Kęstutis Kudzmanas, Ambassador of Lithuania to Moldova, handed over to the Moldovan representatives a donation of protective equipment from NATO, consisting of 25,000 disposable suits for biological protection.
On 13 January, at the North Atlantic Council meeting, the Permanent Representative of Lithuania to NATO Ambassador Deividas Matulionis raised an issue of Russia’s actions against Lithuanian justice officials in January 13 case and asked for Allied solidarity.
On 2 December, NATO Foreign Ministers' second session was held online. Ministers of NATO together with partner countries discussed the China challenge and the security situation in the Black Sea region.
On 6 October, the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Albinas Zananavičius took part in a virtual discussion on hybrid threats and challenges that was organised by Germany’s Hanns Seidel Foundation.
